Operating Instructions:
· Remove blue dust cap from the cylinder valve if fitted.
· Fit the regulator into the cylinder valve (by turning clockwise) and hand tighten. Don’t over

· Open the valve slowly anticlockwise.
· Place the balloon over the rubber nozzle and tilt nozzle slowly to start filling. When balloon

· When finished close cylinder valve clockwise, release pressure by tilting the nozzle and then
remove the regulator.
