Q: How do you Design?

We design with CorelDraw, Adobe AI, and CAD.We can make customised inflatables to size, shape and colours even the most complex designs are no problem. We make your ideas into a reality.

A: some of our range is displayed on the web site most of these are prior jobs and just examples of what can be made, just ask for more information or designs of any of our inflatable structures. All of our inflatable's are custom made from the ground up.

 

Q: What about size and color?

A: The size and colour can be changed according to your requirements. We use the latest wide format printers that are specialised to make full colour and very complex designs or we can make inflatables out of the 20+ stock material colours.

 

Q: What material?

A: Most of our inflatable products are made by high resistance fabrics, 1000D PVC Tarpaulin is the common material due to its strength we also use PVC, nylon, PU, PE, TPU materials. Our engineeres and designers work out the best material for each job.

 

Q: Is the material used fire resistant & strong high quality?

A: Yes, the material that we use is high-strength, water proof and fire retardant, it meets UK BS5438, Australian & US Standards.

 

Q: Can you provide documentation to state that it meets these standards?

A: We can send you the documentation if you need and at exrta cost, most inflatables do not require this apart from jumping castles and some other amusment and sports inflatables.

 

Q: Can you design one specially?

A: Yes, please send us details or a sketch or pictures of your requirements, our senior engineeres and designers then work out the best way to have the job made and also the price.

 

Q: Will you double or treble stitch all walled areas and quadruple stitch areas which are prone to stress with Nylon Thread. E.G. floor of the castle.

A: Yes, we use double or treble stitch and quadruple stitch according to the products conformation & the areas which are prone to stress. If you want to know the details, we will send you the document that can show the details.

 

Q: Is each anchor point double webbed with a metal D ring, for strength and durability?

A: Yes, all our inflatables are over engineered to the highest quailty possable.

 

Q: What included in products?

A: It is included the inflatable products, air blowers (CE/UL approved) and repair kits (including the same colour material,), ground sheet and other parts like ropes or ground stacks may be included depending on the type of inflatable ordered.

 

Q: What kind of guarantee you give?

A: The life of a standard inflatable is2- 3 years' . Since we import its difficult to ship heavy items OS, so we will send you a repair kit for every inflatable product. If it is damaged, you can use the glue and same color material to repair it. We can also arrange repairs in Australia if you should need your inflatable fixed. Our policy is to advise in writing any fault inflatable's with in 7 day, we will exchange any inflatable for 30 days if there is a fault, which is determined by us.

 

Q: Your blowers meet CE/UL requirements?

A: Yes, we can get CE/UL approval for the blowers. At present, our blowers are exported all over the world like USA, Canada, Italy, Japan, Korea, Middle East and so on , they are suitable for these market.

A: 1 piece. We welcome your sample order for MOQ 1 piece, and discounts available for larger quantities.

a. Send our team your ideas, pictures or concept, or write down the model number of any product on the website and include any changes to the example products on the site that you require. Remember we custom make all our inflatables so anything can be created.

b. Click on "contact us" or fill in the Quote form on the bottom of any page, fill in the customer info and submit;

a. Please advise the models you need, order quantity, size and all specific requirements if you have.

 

Q: How do you start the order?

A: We will start your order after receiving the payment as all of our products are custom made. When order finished, we will email you the digital photo for your confirmation and ask if any modification is required. We will send the goods to you after receiving your written approval.

 

Q: Can you print my picture or logo on the products?

A: Yes, we can print your picture or logo on the inflatable products or have inflatables completely printed full colour and you can send our team your picture or logos in any format made by Photoshop or CorelDraw or AI. The better the artowork the better it will print.

 

Q: Paint Used For Inflatables Is ItNon Toxic & Of Lasting Quality?

A: Yes, the paint that we use is non toxic & of Lasting Quality & does not bleach.

 

Q: Producing time?

A: Our regular producing time for 1pcs inflatables is 3-4 weeks, including shipping time, from the date of confirmation. However, it can be +/- depending on the design and the dimensions. Most orders take 3-4 weeks to the customers door.

 

Q: Shipping?

A: Can be shipped by air, by sea or express delivery. The approximate shipping time is 5 working days after the inflatables are complete.
