A: some of our range is displayed on the web site, we supply 1000s of other inflatable's that aren't on the site, just ask for more information or designs in any of our inflatable structures. Allot of our inflatable's are custom made from the ground up.

Q: What material?

A: Most of our inflatable products are made by high resistance fabrics, 18 oz, 1000D PVC Tarpaulin. Meanwhile, we also use PVC, tarpaulin, nylon, PU, PE, TPU material, etc.

Q: Is the material used fire resistant & strong high quality?

A: Yes, the material that we use is high-strength, water proof and fire retardant, it can meet UK BS5438 Regulations.

A: Yes, we use double or treble stitch and quadruple stitch according to the products conformation & the areas which are prone to stress. If you want to know the details, we will send you the document that can show the details.

Q: What included in products?

A: It is included the inflatable products, air blowers (CE/UL approved) and repair kits (including the same colour material, glue), ground sheet.

Q: What kind of guarantee you give?

A: The life of a standard inflatable is 3 years' . Since we import its difficult to ship heavy items OS, so we will send you a repair kit for every inflatable product. If it is damaged, you can use the glue and same color material to repair it. We can also arrange repairs in Australia if you should need your inflatable fixed. Our policy is to advise in writing any fault inflatable's with in 7 day, we will exchange any inflatable for 30 days if there is a fault, which is determined by us.

Q: Your blowers meet CE/UL requirements?

A: Yes, we can get CE/UL approval for the blowers. At present, our blowers are exported all over the world like USA, Canada, Italy, Japan, Korea, Middle East and so on , they are suitable for these market.

Q: How do you start the order?

A: We will start your order after receiving the down payment which is 50% of total payment. When order finished, we will email you the digital photo for your confirmation and ask if any modification is required. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment.
